The bidder's prior work experience is measured by the value of works completed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the current price level. The maximum value of works in respect of projects executed in any one year is denoted by 'A'. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works during the last seven years. The similar experience can be in the form of: I. One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.1,74,38,260/- (80% of PAC) II. Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs.1,08,98,912/- (50% of PAC) III. Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs.87,19,130/- (40% of PAC) The value of similar completed works will be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. "Similar Experience" refers to a project for Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) components. Additionally, the bidder needs to demonstrate their technical knowledge and capability by submitting certificates in support of their suitability for having successfully completed eligible similar works. The bidder should also provide a copy of the completion certificate signed by an Engineer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent, along with self-attested documentary evidence. The bidder's available Bid Capacity should be more than the minimum qualification criteria, and a solvency certificate from a Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Bank should be for a sum of at least Rs. 87,19,130/- (40% of PAC) to fund the project.
