The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar types of works, specifically Construction of ESR/Over-Head Tank along with allied infrastructure services, with a minimum capacity of ESR 1.5 lakh liters. The required prior work experience is as follows: - One project with 80% of the project cost - Two projects with 50% of the project cost - Three projects with 40% of the project cost The project cost will be considered exclusive of the GST amount. The bidder should have completed these works during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tender. Additionally, the contractor's average annual financial turnover on Construction works should be at least 50% of the estimated cost of work during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending 2023-24.
