Tenders are invited for Development of the area surrounding the Trois Moulins Farm The works mainly consist of: ? Construction of an access road to the site from the Beauraing bypass road; ? Construction of an access to the site for emergency services from rue de Beauraing; ? The creation of parking areas on the site; ? The creation of a pedestrian ramp, from the renovated farm building to the bypass road; ? The construction of a staircase leading to rue de Dinant from the site. All of this work therefore involves: ? Earthworks for the construction of road safety boxes, parking lots and sidewalks. ? Construction of new roads, sub-foundation, foundation, coating with concrete drainage pavers; ? Construction of sidewalks in concrete paving stones; ? Construction of parking lots with concrete / grass slabs; ? Creation of grassed terraces made from Corten metal sheets; ? Construction of exterior staircase steps; ? Supply and installation of street furniture; ? Construction of sewerage networks for wastewater; ? The construction of a retaining wall; ? Installation of corrugated PVC sheaths, for cable pulling; ? The realization of linear elements
