The Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, Through The Hospital Income Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Million Pesos (php 7,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply, Delivery And Commissioning Of Cell Saver Auto Transfusion System.
