The Service Provider Must Submit Their Price Schedule Or Breakdown Of Bid Price As Reference To Their Financial Bid Nlt June 10, 2024. 5. The Four (4) Units Of 10ft X 20ft Transparent Side Tent Is Free Of Charge (gratis From The Service Provider) 6. The Service Provider Shall Ensure That Proper Safety Is Observed To All The Technical Crew At All Time. Any Accident Occurred During The Installation Up To Dismantling Shall Be The Responsibility Of The Service Provider. 7. All Other Arrangements Will Be Mutually Agreed Upon By The Vfp And The Winning Service Provider. D. Mode Of Procurement The Procurement Of The Audio-visual Requirements, Dome Tent And Stage Rental Services For The 64th Vfp Founding Anniversary Shall Be Undertaken Through Small Value Procurement Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. E. Terms Of Payment I Payment Shall Be Made Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Billing. Ii. Payment Shall Be Made In The Form Of Bank Check. F. Liquidated Damages I. Where The Contractor Refuses Or Fails To Satisfactorily Complete The Delivery Within The Specified Contract Time, Plus Any Extension Time Duly Granted Is Hereby In Default Under The Contract, The Contractor Shall Pay The Vfp For Liquidated Damages, And Not By Way Of Penalty, An Amount, As Provided In The Conditions Of The Contract, Equal To Five Percent (5%) Of The Cost Of The Unperformed Portion For Every Delay Of Scheduled Time Of Delivery As Specified In This Terms Of Reference. Once The Cumulative Amount Of Liquidated Damages Reaches Ten Percent (10%) Of The Amount Of The Contract, The Vfp May Rescind Or Terminate The Contract, Without Prejudice To Other Courses Of Action And Remedies Available Under The Circumstances Such As But Not Limited To Forfeiture Of Performance Security And/or Blacklisting Of The Latter. Ii. For Entitlement To Such Damages, Vfp Need Not Prove The Damages Actually Incurred.
