The Dnd - Approved Vfp Corporate Operating Budget Fy 2023 In Accordance With The Corporate Budget Circular No. 24 Dated November 04, 2022; 2. The Abc For The Procurement Of Audio-visual, Dome Tent And Stage Requirements Rental Services For The 64th Vfp Founding Anniversary Is Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱500,000.00) Inclusive Of All Government-imposed Taxes And Service Charges. Other Requirements 1.service Provider Must Submit Their Valid Mayors/business Permit, Philgeps Registration Number, Business/itr 2023 And Omnibus Sworn Statement. 2.10-minute Same-day-edit Video Presentation Covering The Entire Event. 3.audio-visual And Other Technical Requirements Must Be Installed And Fully Operational By Midnight Before The Day Of The Event . 4.the Service Provider Must Submit Their Price Schedule Or Breakdown Of Bid Price As Reference To Their Financial Bid Nlt May 27, 2024. 5.the Four (4) Units Of 10ft X 20ft Transparent Side Tent Is Free Of Charge. (gratis From The Service Provider). 6.the Service Provider Shall Ensure That Proper Safety Is Observed To All The Technical Crews At All Time. Any Accident Occurred During The Installation Up To Dismantling Shall Be The Responsibility Of The Service Provider. 7.all Other Arrangements Will Be Mutually Agreed Upon By The Vfp And The Winning Service Provider.
