The Emergency Repair Number Shall Available Any Time Of Day, Any Day Of The Year. Upon Notification Of The Need For Emergency Repairs, The Contractor Shall Dispatch A Service Technician. Technician Shall Arrive With Appropriate Tools To Begin Work Once On Site. The Contractor Shall Provide For Emergency Call Back Service Both During And After Normal Business Hours. In The Event Of An Emergency, A Technician Will Respond Via Call Back, Within 4 Hours Of Notification, Both During And After Normal Business Hours.
