The Proposed Contract Action Is To Purchase One (1) Conveyor Dishwasher And Its Accessories For The Nutrition And Food Service Department That Is At Its End-of-life Cycle At The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (slvhcs) Located At 2400 Canal St, New Orleans, La 70119. The Contractor Shall Install A New Dishwasher To The Exact Specifications In The Statement Of Work, And They Will Ensure It Meets The Existing Footprint. Connection Placement Must Be Specific To Allow For Tie Ins To Drains And Supplies. Contractor Shall Provide All Labor, Materials, Tools, Parts, Equipment, Permits, Testing, Reports, Travel, And Supervision Required For The Installation.
