The Type Of Contracts Awarded Is Multiple Award Fixed-price Indefinite Delivery-indefinite Quantity (idiq) With Economic Price Adjustment (epa) Provisions. Solicitation Rfp 797-fss-00-0115-r3 Issued On October 1, 2007 Is A Standing Solicitation Which Is Replacing The Previous Solicitation Rfp 797-fss-00-0115-r2. This Solicitation Will Be Issued On An Open And Continuous Basis And Does Not Contain A Closing Date For Receipt Of Offers. New Offers May Be Submitted At Anytime. Contract Performance Will Commence On The Effective Date Of Award And Expire Five Years From Date Of Award And Expire Five Years From That Date Unless Canceled, Terminated Or Extended Pursuant To Any Option Provision Included In The Contract.
