Combined Synopsis-solicitation For Amazon, Walmart, Cvs, And/or Target Gift Cards Rfq #36c24125r0071 2 Description This Is A Combined Synopsis/solicitation For Amazon, Walmart, Cvs, And/or Target Gift Cards Prepared In Accordance With The Format In Federal Acquisition Regulation (far) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures For Evaluation And Solicitation For Commercial Products And Commercial Services, As Supplemented With Additional Information Included In This Notice. This Announcement Constitutes The Only Solicitation; Quotes Are Being Requested, And A Separate Written Solicitation Document Will Not Be Issued. We Are Purchasing These Cards For Our Research Dept. They Are Provided As Compensation For Participating In Research Projects Throughout The Year. Each Researcher Will Decide What Type And How Much Compensation Will Be Offered. Various Research Projects Have Their Own Budgets And May/may Not Include Gift Cards. Physical Cards, Like Credit Cards, Are Required. Electronic Cards Are Not Acceptable. This Solicitation Is Issued As A Request For Quotation (rfq). The Solicitation Document And Incorporated Provisions And Clauses Are Those In Effect Through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. This Solicitation Is Set-aside For Registered Service-disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (sdvosb). The Associated North American Industrial Classification System (naics) Code For This Procurement Is 522320 With A Small Business Size Standard Of $47 Million. The Fsc/psc Is 7690. The Va New England Healthcare System Is Seeking To Purchase Amazon, Walmart, Cvs, And/or Target Gift Cards In Multiple Denominations Including $5, $10, $20, $25, $30, $40, $50, $75, And $100. All Interested Companies Shall Provide Quotations For The Following: Supply Schedule Line Item Description Quantity Unit Of Measure Unit Price Total Price 0001 Amazon, Walmart, Target, And/or Cvs Gift Cards Including Any Fees. Gift Cards In Multiple Denominations Including $5, $10, $20, $25, $30, $40, $50, $75, And $100. If Different Denominations, Brand Of Card, Or Quantities Have Different Fees, Please Separate Into Different Item Numbers. Quotes May Be For Any Combination Of Brands (i.e., Just Amazon Or Amazon & Walmart, Etc.) Vary Per Delivery Order Ea Include Any Fees The Va New England Healthcare System Intends To Award Two (2) Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery/indefinite Quantity (idiq) Contracts For A One-year Period Beginning Immediately After Award Followed By Four (4) Possible Option Years. Delivery Orders May Be Placed Throughout The Year At The Prices And Terms And Conditions Agreed To In The Contract. Gift Cards Will Be Received No Later Than 10 Days After Receipt Of Delivery Order (aro). Fob Destination. If Option Year Pricing Is Different Than Base Year, Please Include In Separate Line Items. You May Breakdown The Supply Schedule Into As Many Line Items As You Need To Accommodate Your Various Pricing. You May Quote On One Brand, All Brands, Or Any Combination Of Brands (amazon, Walmart, Target, And/or Cvs). Our Expectation Is That When We Require Gift Cards, Whether 10 Or 3,500, We Would Receive Them At The Cost Quoted In The Contract Delivered To A New England Va Within 7-10 Days After Receipt Of Order. How Many Or Which Type Of Cards That Will Be Required Throughout The Year Will Vary. Places Of Delivery Will Be Specified In Individual Delivery Orders Within The Va New England Healthcare System.
