Maintenance And Repair Services Shall Include But Not Be Limited To The Following: heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning (hvac) Systems - Blowers, Compressors, Motors, Dampers, Condensers, Cooling Coils, Pumps, Duct Work, Air Filters, And Air Conditioning Units. electrical - Service Connections, Panels, Outlets, Switches, Circuits, Lighting Fixtures, Faceplates, Receptacles, Light Bulbs, And Lamps. plumbing - Water Heaters, Sewer, Sinks, Toilets, Urinals, Faucets, And Water Drinking Fountains. painting, Carpentry And Masonry - Floors, Tiles, Baseboards, Walls, Ceilings, Trim, Doors, Stairs, Roofing, Gutters, Sidewalks, Windows, And Signs. Interior And Exterior Painting, Parking Lines, And Wheel Stops Painting. grounds Maintenance Lawn Care, Landscaping, Exterior Trash Collection, And Maintenance Of Parking Lot And Sidewalks. contract Administration: the Contractor Shall Establish Processes And Assign Appropriate Resources To Effectively Administer The Requirement.
