Is The Only Source For This Service. Cepheid Inc. Has Been Identified As The Only Authorized Vendor Who Can Supply This Service. this Notice Of Intent Is Not A Request For Competitive Quotations; However, All Expressions Of Interest Received Within Three (3) Days Of The Issuance Of This Notice Will Be Considered By The Government. Interested Contractors May Identify Their Capability To Provide The Services Prescribed Within This Notice And Should Provide Sufficient Data For The Government To Determine Them As A Comparable Alternative To The Intended Source. A Determination By The Government Not To Compete This Proposed Contract Based Upon Responses To This Notice Is Solely Within The Discretion Of The Government.
