Contractor To Supply All Labor, Supervision, Equipment, Tools, And Materials Necessary To Perform Repairs On The Stormwater Management Infrastructure At Loch Raven Medical Center. There Are Three Storm Water Management Facilities On Site; The Work Is To Vacuum And Clean The Facilities Of Accumulated Fluid, Sediment And Debris And Replace Up To Eleven (11) 27 Â⼠Turn Csf Cartridges Into Storm Filters. The Scope Shall Include A Disposal Of Up To 2,500 Gallons Of Removed Materials At A Suitable Off-site Disposal Location At The Contractors Expense. Additional Work Shall Include Repairs To The 12 Broken Stormwater Pipe. The Repair Work Shall Include Removal Of Approximate 6 X 6 Area Of Asphalt Over The Broken Pipe, Removal Of Compacted Soils From Above And Around The Pipe By Hydro Excavating. Hydro Excavating Is Warranted Due To The Present Electrical Conduit Running Perpendicular To The Broken Pipe. Removal And Replacement Of Broken 12 Sdr 35 Pipe Section. Installation Of New Pipe And Sealing To The Existing Section Of Pipe With A 12 Fernco Fitting; Supplying And Installing Compactable Fill Materials To Meet Existing Subgrade Elevations. Supplying And Installing Hot Mix Asphalt And Compact To Meet Existing Surrounding Elevations. Proper Photographic Documentation Shall Be Submitted At The End Of The Project To Confirm The Work Has Been Completed For Maintenance Of The Storm Water Facilities And Pipe Replacement.
