If The Lowest Priced Offeror S Technical Proposal Is Determined To Be Rated As Unacceptable, Then The Government May Evaluate The Next Lowest Priced Technical Quote, And So Forth And So On, Until The Government Reaches The Lowest Priced Technical Quote That Is Determined To Be Rated As Acceptable.
