Responses To This Sources Sought Synopsis Are Not Considered Adequate Responses For A Solicitation Announcement. the Department Of Veterans Affairs (va), Visn 22 Network Contracting Office, Is Seeking Sources That Can Provide An Automated Patient Test Result Transcription Solution For The Various Locations Of The Department Of Veterans Affairs: Va Long Beach, Va Greater Los Angeles, Va Loma Linda, Va San Diego, Va Albuquerque, Va Phoenix, Va Prescott, And Va Tucson Healthcare Systems. The Automated Patient Test Result Transcription Solution Will Facilitate Our Clinicians By Automating The Process Of Receiving Patient Test Results, Transcribing The Results Into Patient Records, And Generating Correspondences Containing The Results To Patients. This System Shall Be Utilized To Generate Formatted, Organized, And Customizable, Textual Documents Of Final Lab Test Results For Received Orders And Transmit The Information To The Provider And To The Hospital Information System For Record Documentation And Patient Notification.
