The Old Generator Has Reached Its Life Expectancy And Is Deemed Unserviceable. Place Of Performance: All Work Will Be Performed At The Following Address: Georgetown Sussex Vet Center 20653 Dupont Blvd., Suite: 1 Georgetown, De 19947 period Of Performance (pop): The Installation Should Take Place Within 120 Days Of Award Unless Specified Otherwise By Va (lco) Lease Contracting Officer. At The Time Of Lease Amendment (la) Being Awarded, The Following Day After The Award Date Will Mark Commencement Of The Pop Which Runs 42 Days. past Performance: Interested Parties Submitting Information For This Request For Information (rfi) Shall Submit (3) Three References Showing Past Performance Of Work Being Completed On Similar Sized Vehicles And Type, Which Is Mobile Travel Cargo Passenger Busses. All Related Work References Should Be From The Past (2) Two Years And Considered As Recent Work Service Contracts Being Completed. pick Up Of Va Mvc: The Georgetown Sussex Vet Center Is Requesting Their Mvc To Be Picked Up And Transported To The Contractor S Location Where Service And Installation Is To Be Completed. the Contractor: Designated Providing Service Installation Of The New Replacement Generator Will Be Responsible For Providing The Necessary Removal Of The Old Generator, Installation Of The New Brand Name Or Equal Generator, And Any Necessary Equipment To Complete And Ensure The Generator Is Fully Functional Operating Efficiently Meeting The Needs Of The Mvc For Future Deployment Efforts. The Following Required Tasks Identified Below Are Listed As Follows: inspection And Testing: Shall Will Consist Of Two Cycles. The First Cycle Will Be Done At The Contractor S Place Of Business To Ensure The Generator Is Properly Installed Having The Proper Materials, Including Components Attached To The Mvc, And Verifying The Generator Is Running And Operating Functioning 100% Free Of Any Issues. The Va Cor And His Designated Engineer Will Conduct The Testing With Assistance Of The Contractor Of One Of The Contractor S Technicians. Any Issues With The Generator Found During 1st Cycle Testing Will Require Resolution Immediately; Otherwise, A Second Attempt At The 1st Cycle Testing Will Need To Be Conducted Again At A Later Date. warranty Policy: Details Of The Warranty Policy Shall Be Thoroughly Explained To The Va Cor And Va Engineer Ensuring Full Agreement Is Understood By The Va And Have Necessary Information For Any Future Problem Resolution Issues With The Generator Given To Them In Writing. The Va Wants A Warranty Policy That Will Virtually Cover Everything Related To The Generator Except Routine Maintenance For The First Three Years Including Parts, Time And Materials Needed To Ensure Issue With Generator Is Resolved. The Exact Details Of The Warranty Policy Will Be Agreed Upon Between The Va Cor And The Contractor, If Policy Limits Including Any Terms And Conditions That Are Altered From The Warranty Being Requested As A Requirement, The Agreed Upon Warranty Policy Will Have Additional Terms And Conditions Provided And Emailed As An Attachment To The Va Cor Copying The Aamft Approved Supervisor And The Lease Va Contract Specialist.
