Naics Code 811219, Size Standard $22.0 Million. The Government Intends, In Accordance With Far 6.302.1 (only One Responsible Source And No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements), To Negotiate On A Sole Source Basis With Ge Medical Systems (9900 Innovation Drive, Wauwatosa, Wi 53226), For This Procurement Due To The Proprietary Nature Of The Hardware, Software, And Firmware Of This System. The Contractor Shall Provide All Parts, Labor, Equipment, Materials, Supervision, Necessary To Service The Ge Equipment Located At The Ann Arbor Va Healthcare System, Michigan, For The Period Of November 1, 2020 October 31, 2021 In Strict Accordance With The Statement Of Work, All Schedules, And Terms And Conditions Of The Resultant Contract. No Solicitation Package Is Available. A Determination Not To Compete Is Solely Within The Discretion Of The Government.
