This Is A Combined Synopsis/solicitation For Commercial Items Prepared In Accordance With The Information In Far Subpart 12.6, Using Simplified Acquisition Procedures For Commercial Items Found At Far 13.5, As Supplemented With The Additional Information Included In This Notice.ãâ This Announcement Constitutes The Only Solicitation; A Written Solicitation Will Not Be Issued. this Is A Combined Synopsis/solicitation For Prescription Eyeglass Fabrication Prescription On Behalf Of Veterans Integrated Service Network (visn) 16 Va Healthcare Systems (medical Centers And Outpatient Clinics) As Defined Herein. The Government Intends To Award An Idiq Contract To One Offeror As A Result Of This Combined Synopsis Solicitation That Will Include The Terms And Conditions Set Forth Herein. This Solicitation Is Issued As A Request For Quotation (rfq).ãâ The Solicitation Document And Incorporated Provisions And Clauses Are Those In Effect Through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07.ãâ This Acquisition Is 100% Set Aside For Service-disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (sdvosb).ãâ The Naic Code Is 339115 And The Small Business Size Standard Is 1000 Employees. This Procurement Is for New Oem Medical Supplies, Medical Equipment And/or Services Contracts For Maintenance of Medical Equipment (i.e. Replacement Parts) For Va Medical Centers. No Remanufactures Or gray Market Items Will Be Acceptable. (b) Vendor Must Be An Oem, Authorized Dealer, Authorized Distributor Or Authorized Reseller for The Proposed Medical Supplies, Medical Equipment And/or Services Contracts For maintenance Of Medical Equipment (i.e. Replacement Parts), Verified By An Authorization Letter or Other Documents From The Oem, Such That The Oem S Warranty And Service Are Provided And maintained By The Oem. All Software Licensing, Warranty And Service Associated With The medical Supplies, Medical Equipment And/or Services Contracts For Maintenance Of Medical equipment Shall Be In Accordance With The Oem Terms And Conditions.
