All Weapon Systems Supported Under The Cft Lasr Contract Will Be Non-commercial And Must Have Government-owned Technical Data. The Objectives And Requirements Identified Within The Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement Are Described In General Terms. Each Task Order (to) Will Be Tailored To Address Customer Specified Task Order Requirements, Scheduling, Task Order Options, And Performance Criteria. As With Any Contract, Clearly Understanding The Task And Defining The Requirement Is The Most Important Step A Customer Can Take To Assure A Successful Outcome.the Purpose Of The Cft Lasr Contract Is To Provide Government Organizations With The Ability To Augment Their Organic Maintenance Capabilities With Qualified Contract Maintenance Personnel. Task Orders Will Be Awarded Usingthe Procedures Found In Far 16.505(b)(1). The Contract Type Is Combination Of Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, And Time & Materials. The Absence Of Any inspection Requirements Shall Not Relieve The Contractor Of The Responsibility Of Assuring That All Products Or Supplies Submitted To The Government For Acceptance Comply With All Requirements Of The Contract/purchase Order. The Pco Will Communicate The Report Results To The Supplier, Notifying Them Of Its Findings.; 4.2.2 ;electrical Testing: The Contractor Shall Comply With All The Requirements Of The Material Specification Identified In Paragraph 2. Any Variance To The Procedures Identified In This Document Must Have Prior Written Approval From The Government. additionally, The Contractor Must Comply With The Following Test Requirements: Material Is To Be Tested Only One Time In The 0 And 90 Degree Orientation Or Parallel And Perpendicular Polarizations. If The Material Does Not Meet The Required Performance Levels Identified In The Material Specification, The Material Is To Be Set Aside without Further Testing. During This Time The Contractor May Choose To Re-work Or Condition The Material. After Re-work Or Conditioning, The Contractor May Test The Material Again To See If It Is Now Within The Specification Requirements. If The Material still Does Not Meet The Minimum Requirements Of The Electrical Specifications It Must Be Set Aside And Not Tested Further. The Last Set Of Test Results For This Tile Will Be Considered It's Final Test Result. The Contractor May Contact The Government To discuss The Disposition Of The Material. This Testing Specifically Precludes Multiple (more Than 2 Test) To Try To Get The Material To Meet The Required Minimum Requirements.; 4.3 Production Lot Test/inspection Report - The Contractor Shall Prepare And Submit A Report In Accordance With The Contract Data Requirements List (dd Form 1423). 4.4 Production Lot Test Approval - Production Lot Test Approval Is Required Prior To Shipment Of The Production Lot. 4.5 ;iso 9001 Is Required To Be Maintained And Be Current, For The Purpose Of Maintaining Engineering Source Approval. Details: Lot 14 - Heating and plumbing work, 2nd phase The aging vehicle hall at the Erkner city building yard is being expanded and renovated in two construction phases. The expansion was completed in the first construction phase this year and the building is currently being used provisionally over the winter in its shell form. In the coming year, the renovation of the existing building, the expansion and the energy renovation are to take place. The conversion enables adaptation to the current conditions of the building yard: larger garages, the division from one to two workshops, modern sanitary facilities and a high energy standard with insulation of the floor, the external walls and the roof, an air heat pump, a photovoltaic system and the renewal of the entire electrical system. The current list of services includes the sanitary and heating installation.
