The Rhein-Neckar district, the city of Heidelberg and the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar GmbH as local and regional task carrying organization in the Bergstrasse district intend to award a public service contract within the meaning of Regulation 1370/2007 with an expected term until the timetable change in December 2036 as public transport task carrying organization and the competent authorities within the meaning of Regulation 1370/2007 in accordance with Art. 5 Para. 1 Vo 1370/07 in conjunction with Part 4 of the GWB as of December 13, 2026 for the Neckargemünd Vrn line bundle. They use the Rhein-Neckar Kör transport association, represented by the Rhein-Neckar transport association GmbH - both B1 3-5, 68159 Mannheim - as a joint awarding body.
