The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed works during the last 5 years with the following requirements: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have experience in the similar work they are bidding for, such as Bituminous Road work, Building Construction, Sewer and water supply, Survey work, C.C. Road work, and Maintenance Work. The average annual financial turnover on construction works should be at least 50% of the estimated cost during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years. The amount of the contract plus that of the additional items is up to Rs. 2 Lac.
