All information presented in this prior information notice (including the description of the subject of the procurement) is preliminary and indicative preliminary information. since then, the target status of the bellows has become more precise and the system requirements have changed to such an extent that the bellows feels best to publish a new pre-procurement notice. the market investigation covered by this notice will serve as a follow-up to the previous market investigation.
