The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in "Remote operated Vehicle(ROV) based underwater survey of tunnel of at least 3000m" in any completed or ongoing contract in Hydro Power Project, or proven experience of dealing in the line of underwater solution/ROV/Underwater Robotic system/Robotic cleaning system. The bidder should have completed or be working on a similar project of at least 3000m. The experience can be in the form of: I. Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost II. Two similar completed works each costing less than 50% of the estimated cost III. One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost The average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works as Prime contractor in Govt. department or Govt. Organization or PSU or PPP mode or Public Limited Company or As approved Sub-Contractor of UJVNL during last 7 years. The bidder is also required to submit experience certificates in support of past experience, and without producing experienced/performance certificate, technical eligibility shall not be considered. In terms of value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed works each costing less than 50% of the estimated cost - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost - Average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. The amount to be credited to the Contractor shall be the equivalent of 75 percent of the Contractor’s reasonable cost of materials and Plant delivered to the Site, but this is related to the payment terms.
