The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar work * Work performed as prime Contractor (in the same name and style) on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years * Total annual volume Of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited * Experience in work of similar nature and size for each of the last five years * For Technical Personnel: - A. Diploma holder in Civil Engineering: Minimum 2 years of experience in Building and Land Scape etc. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: * The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar work equal in value to one-third of the estimated cost of work (excluding maintenance cost for five years) for which the bid is invited * The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the last year at the rate of 8 percent a year * The bidder should provide an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum of cash up to a certain percentage (defined in the Appendix to ITB) of the contract price of works during the implementation of the works.
