The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years of experience in providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. The bidder must have completed similar works. The required prior work experience can be fulfilled by any of the following: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 51418132. 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is 64272765. 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 102836264. However, if the bidder is a Micro or Small Enterprise, or a Startup, they shall be exempted from the requirement of "Bidder Turnover" criteria and "Experience Criteria" subject to meeting of quality and technical specifications. Additionally, if the L-1 is not a Micro and Small Enterprise (MSE) and an MSE service provider has quoted a price within 15% of the L-1 price, then 100% of the order quantity will be awarded to the MSE bidder, subject to acceptance of the L-1 bid price. The minimum average annual turnover of the bidder is 1606 Lakhs for 3 years.
