The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years. The experience should be in the name of the Bidding company. Specifically, the bidder should have completed similar works, "Construction of CC Drain", with the following requirements: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the proposed work (i.e., minimum 24.29 Cr) - OR - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the cost of the proposed work (i.e., minimum 36.44 Cr) - OR - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the proposed work (i.e., minimum 48.59 Cr) The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder needs to fill out forms 'T-2/1', 'T-2/2', and 'T-2/3' to provide details of eligible similar nature of works completed. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar nature of work are as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between – on pro rata basis. The bidding capacity of the bidder should be equal to or more than the total estimated cost of the work, which is Rs.6,074.14 Lacs.
