The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last seven years, specifically work of coal supervision, liaisoning with coal companies and railways at the loading end of different collieries. The bidder should have completed either: i. Three similar successfully executed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, ii. Two similar successfully executed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or iii. One similar successfully executed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder needs to submit documents such as copies of Work Orders, Letter of Awards, Contract Agreements, including scope of work and Bill of quantity, along with a work execution certificate to prove their experience. Additionally, bidders are required to furnish the details of the experience like authentic Work Orders/Purchase Orders/Letter of Awards/Contract Agreements, client certificates, completion certificate, etc. in support of meeting the Qualifying Requirements.
