The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years. The specific requirements are: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 122.04 Lacs (40% of estimated cost) - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 183.07 Lacs (60% of estimated cost) - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs 244.09 Lacs (80% of estimated cost) The bidder should also have an average annual financial turn over (gross) of Rs. 122.04 Lacs on Civil/Electrical construction work as maintenance with new work during the last three consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2024, with the average annual turnover worth minimum 40% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should demonstrate access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the value of the contract/contracts applied for, and should be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of the work. The bidder should provide details of all works of similar nature completed during the last seven years, and should not have abandoned any work in India nor any contract awarded to them for such works have been rescinded during the last five years prior to the date of the bid. The definition of similar work varies based on the type of building or civil work, with specific guidelines for building works based on the number of storeys. If there are a number of buildings in a similar work, then a minimum of one building should satisfy the definition of similar work. The amount of a significant component in the work, other than normal building work, can be mentioned in the definition of similar work.
