The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in similar work, specifically Supply and Fixing of Fire Check Door 1 or 2 Hr rating. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least one work of financial value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the work being bid on, or two works each of financial value not less than 60%, or three works each of financial value not less than 40%. For the component of CCTV System, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of not less than 80% of the cost of the component, or two similar completed works costing each of value not less than 60% of the cost of the component, or three similar completed works costing each of value not less than 40% of the cost of the component. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years ending up to the last financial year. The bidder should provide a list of all works of similar nature completed during the last seven years in Form “C” and the Performance Report of Similar works in Form “D”. The value of completed works should be brought to current costing level by enhancing at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 30% of the average annual financial turnover, and an amount equivalent to 40% rounded to Rs 10 Lakhs. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of 30% of 1 Lakh (approximately Rs 300,000) on Civil/Electrical construction work during the last three consecutive financial years. The bidder should have had average annual financial turn over (gross) of Rs. 295.10 Lakh on construction works during the last Three Consecutive years ending 31st March 2024. The bidder should have average annual turnover worth minimum 40% of the estimated cost.
