The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years ending up to the last financial year, with the value of executed works brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. For Electrical work, the bidder should have completed similar works with specific values, including: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the Component. - Two similar completed works, each of value not less than 60% of the cost of the Component. - Three similar completed works, each of value not less than 40% of the cost of the Component. The bidder should provide details of at least 10 works completed in the last five years, with values and amounts as per the contract. The bidder should have an average annual financial turn over (gross) of 383.00 Lakh on Civil/Electrical construction work during the last three consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2024, with an average annual turnover worth minimum 40% of the estimated cost. The bidder should demonstrate access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the value of the contract/contracts applied for, and submit an undertaking to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation. For specific components like CCTV System, the bidder should have completed one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the Component, or two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the cost, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the cost of the Component.
