The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the completion of similar works during the last seven years ending on the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works, with specific requirements as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 112.16 Lacs (40% of estimated cost) - OR - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 168.24 Lacs (60% of estimated cost) - OR - One similar completed work each costing not less than Rs 224.32 Lacs (80% of estimated cost) The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs. 112.16 Lacs on Civil/Electrical construction work as maintenance with new work during the last three consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2024, with an average annual turnover worth minimum 40% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should demonstrate access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the value of the contract/contracts applied for, and submit an undertaking to invest a minimum cash upto 25% of contract value of work during implementation. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than the estimated cost of the work put to tender, calculated using a specific formula. The bidder should also provide information on their qualifications, experience, and existing commitments, but no specific years of experience are mentioned. The bidder should not have abandoned any work in India, nor should any contract awarded to them have been rescinded during the last five years prior to the date of the bid.
