The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with specific values and percentages of the estimated cost. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in "Building work", specifically: - For up to four storey buildings, there is no binding requirement. - For five to ten storey buildings, the bidder should have completed at least one building of five storeys or completed balance construction work of one building (including structural work) up to five storeys. - For eleven to fifteen storey buildings, the bidder should have completed at least one building of eight storeys or completed balance construction work of one building (including structural work) up to eight storeys. - For more than fifteen storey buildings, the bidder should have completed at least one building of ten storeys or completed balance construction work of one building (including structural work) up to ten storeys. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years, with works considered to be those done by agreement with certain government departments, autonomous bodies, or reputed private entities. In terms of specific values, the bidder is required to have completed works with a total value of at least `Rs 15.52 lac, `Rs 31.04 lac, `Rs 46.56 lac, `Rs 62.08 lac, `Rs 77.60 lac, `Rs 93.12 lac, `Rs 108.64 lac, `Rs 124.16 lac, `Rs 139.68 lac, `Rs 155.20 lac, `Rs 170.72 lac, and `Rs 186.24 lac, without GST, at various milestones. The percentage of the accepted tendered value that will be withheld for non-achievement of these milestones is 0.30%. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost during the last 5 years and a solvency of 40% of the estimated cost from a bank or 10% solvency of the estimated cost from the District Magistrate.
