The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost * Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the tendered cost * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the tendered cost Additionally, the bidder should have completed one work of any nature with a Central/State Government Department or a reputed private entity, costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost. The value of executed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a rate specified in the escalation/enhance factor table. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover (gross) of minimum 30% of the tendered cost in Civil/Electrical construction work during the last available five-year consecutive balance sheets. The definition of similar work considers the number of storeys for the purpose of definition of similar work, such as: - Up to four storey buildings: No binding. - Five to ten storey buildings: Minimum one building of Five storeys. - Eleven to fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Eight storeys. - More than fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Ten storeys. The cost of work shall mean gross value of the completed work inclusive of all taxes and also including the cost of material supplied by the Government/client, but excluding those supplied free of cost. The bidder should have average annual financial turn over during the last five years ending 31st March of the previous financial year, which should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. The bidder should not have incurred any loss in more than two years during the last seven years ending 31st March of the previous financial year. The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the construction of buildings with a specific number of storeys. The details are as follows: - For up to four storey buildings, there is no binding requirement. - For five to ten storey buildings, the bidder should have completed at least one building of five storeys or have completed the balance construction work of one building (including structural work) up to five storeys. - For eleven to fifteen storey buildings, the bidder should have completed at least one building of eight storeys or have completed the balance construction work of one building (including structural work) up to eight storeys. - For more than fifteen storey buildings, the bidder should have completed at least one building of ten storeys or have completed the balance construction work of one building (including structural work) up to ten storeys. Each basement or stilt constructed in the building is considered as a storey. If the work involves the construction of two or more basements, the bidder should have executed one similar work with a minimum of one basement under one agreement. The bidder needs to submit details of all works of similar nature completed during the last seven years, including the name of the work/project, location, owner of the sponsoring organization, cost of the work, date of commencement, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and any pending litigation/arbitration cases. The bidder also needs to submit a certificate of financial turnover from a chartered accountant, which includes details of the gross annual turnover on construction works and profit/loss for the last five years. The bidder needs to submit a solvency certificate from their bankers, which certifies that the bidder is respectable and can be treated as good for any engagement up to a certain limit. The bidder needs to provide details of the cost of the work in crores of rupees and the percentage of progress of work for ongoing projects. The bidder needs to submit a performance report of works referred to in the previous forms, which includes details of the name of the work/project, location, and any other relevant information. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years, with the following requirements: i) Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, ii) Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, iii) One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The work should be with some central/state Government department, central autonomous body, central public sector undertaking, state public sector undertaking, city development autonomous, municipal corporation of city formed under Act by central/state government, and reputed private entities. The cost of work shall mean gross value of the completed work inclusive of all taxes and also including the cost of material supplied by the Government/client, but excluding those supplied free of cost.
