The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in execution of similar items, such as Steel Structure Work, Metallic Roofing work, and Water proofing work. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature during the last seven years. For Steel Structure Work, Metallic Roofing work, and Water proofing work, the bidder should have: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the tendered cost in civil/electrical construction work during the last available three-year consecutive balance sheets. Additionally, the bidder should have a solvency of 40% of tendered cost and should not have incurred any loss in more than two years during the last seven years ending 31st March of the previous financial year. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a specified rate calculated from the date of completion to the date of submission of tenders. The bidder is required to submit a performance report of works referred to in Forms 'C' and 'D' in Form 'E', which includes details such as scope of work, agreement number, estimated cost, tendered cost, actual completion cost, and amount of compensation levied for delayed completion, if any. The percentage progress of work for ongoing projects should be mentioned in Form 'D', along with reasons for slow progress, if any. The bidder needs to provide details of all works of similar nature completed during the last seven years in Form 'C' and provide particulars of completed works and performance, duly authenticated by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Project Manager or equivalent, in Form 'E'. The bidder also needs to provide details of projects under execution or awarded in Form 'D'. In Form A, the bidder needs to provide a Certificate of Financial Turnover from a Chartered Accountant. In Form B, the bidder needs to provide a Form of Bankers' Certificate from a Nationalised Bank. In Form F, the bidder needs to provide details of technical and administrative personnel to be employed for the work, and in Form H, the bidder needs to provide details of construction plant and equipment available with the contractor. The amount of similar works completed should be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a specified rate.
