The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years. The similar works should be valued as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. For building works, the number of storeys to be considered for the definition of similar work may be taken as: - Up to four storey buildings: No binding, - Five to ten storey buildings: Minimum one building of five storeys, - More than ten storey buildings: Completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to ten storeys. In case the work involves construction of two or more basements, then it is to be stipulated in the definition of similar work that the agency should have executed one similar work with minimum one basement under one agreement. The bidder should have average annual financial turnover during the last 5 years ending 31st March of the previous financial year, which should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 323.72 Lacs. The bidder should have completed similar works, but the exact percentage or amount is also specified in some cases, such as for specialized works like Pile work, Aluminum work, Steel Structure Work, Metallic Roofing work, and Water proofing work, where the bidder should have completed similar works with the following values: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the job in tender - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the job in tender - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the job in tender. The bidder is required to provide details of all works of similar nature completed during the last seven years in Form 'C'. The bidder should also submit Form D and Form E, which provide projects under execution or awarded and a performance report of works referred to in Forms C and D, respectively.
