The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 215.5 Lac. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 269.375 Lac. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 431 Lac. The works should be with some central/state Government department, central autonomous body, central public sector undertaking, state public sector undertaking, city development autonomous, municipal corporation of city formed under Act by central/state government and published in central/state gazette, or reputed private entities. The bidder should have experience in similar works, specifically "Building Civil Works". For building works, the requirements are as follows: - Up to four storey buildings: No binding - Five to ten storey buildings: Minimum one building of Five storeys or completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to five storeys - Eleven to fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Eight storeys or completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to eight storeys Additionally, for more than fifteen storey buildings, the bidder should have completed similar works with specific requirements including: - Minimum one building of Ten storeys - Completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to ten storeys In case the work involves construction of two or more basements, the agency should have executed one similar work with a minimum of one basement under one Agreement. The bidder should also have completed one work of any nature costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost with a Central/State Government Department or a reputed private entity.
