The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar works in the last 7 years. The specific requirements are as follows: i) Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. ii) Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. iii) One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 1328.13 lac. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work at a specified escalation/enhancement factor. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost during the last three years, and a solvency of 40% of the estimated cost from a bank or 10% solvency of the estimated cost from the District Magistrate.
