The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works in the last 7 years. The specific requirements are: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of similar work, which includes: - Completion of balance construction work of one building, with a minimum of one building of eight story, or completion of balance construction work of one building, or completion of balance construction work of one building with structural work up to a minimum of ten story. - One work of any nature, either part of the above or a separate one, costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost. For specific works like Metallic Roofing work and Water proofing work, the bidder should have: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the job in the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the job in the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the job in the tender. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a specified rate, with escalation/enhance factors ranging from 1.00 to 1.42 for different financial years. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost during the last five years, with no loss in more than two years, and solvency of 40% of the estimated cost.
