The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - OR - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost - OR - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost The similar work should be "Construction of Building works" with specific requirements based on the number of storeys in the proposed building. Additionally, the bidder should have completed one work of any nature costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost with a government department or a reputed private entity. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders. The estimated cost for the work is Rs. 319.60 lacs, and the required prior work experience is based on this amount. For example, the bidder should have: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of Rs. 319.60 lacs (i.e., Rs. 127.84 lacs) - OR - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of Rs. 319.60 lacs (i.e., Rs. 159.80 lacs) - OR - One similar work costing not less than 80% of Rs. 319.60 lacs (i.e., Rs. 255.68 lacs)
