The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost each. - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost each. Additionally, the bidder should have executed similar work with a minimum of one basement under one agreement, if the work involves construction of two or more basements. For eleven to fifteen storey buildings, the bidder should have completed at least one building that satisfies the definition of similar work. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost of the work. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 291.97 lacs without GST 18%. The bidder should have completed similar works of a minimum value of not less than the specified amount. However, specific values and percentages for similar works completed are partially mentioned, with the exception of the solvency requirement of 40% of the tendered cost. The bidder must provide details of the similar work, including the name of the work/project, location, owner of the sponsoring organization, cost of work, and other relevant information, and furnish the list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last seven years. The value of completed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a rate given, with an escalation/enhancement factor of 1.07 for the financial year 2023-24.
