The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works, specifically "Civil building work/Civil Infrastructure Work". The definition of similar work is based on the number of storeys in the proposed building. For building works, the bidder should have completed: - Up to four storey buildings: No binding - Five to ten storey buildings: Minimum one building of Five storeys, or completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to five storeys - Eleven to fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Eight storeys, or completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to eight storeys - More than fifteen storey buildings: Minimum one building of Ten storeys, or completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to ten storeys The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost during the last 5 years. The bidder should also have a minimum of 30% of tendered cost in Civil/Electrical construction work during the last available three-year consecutive balance sheets. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works during the last Seven years, with required prior work experience including: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the tendered cost - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the tendered cost The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a given escalation factor, which varies from 1.00 to 1.42 depending on the financial year of completion. The bidder should have completed one work of any nature costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost with a Central/State Government Department or reputed private entities. The bidder should furnish the list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last seven years, with information justified from 26AS form information available on the internet. The bidder should have sufficient experience in works highlighting experience in similar works. Each basement, stilt constructed in the building shall be considered as a storey. The bidder should submit the list of these works stating clearly the value of completed works, which shall be brought to current costing level. The required prior work experience should be in the last seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders.
