The bidder should have experience in similar class of works completed. The required experience includes completing at least two similar works, one of which should be of a value not less than 40% of the tendered cost. For specialized works such as Pile work, Aluminum work, Steel Structure Work, Metallic Roofing work, and Water proofing work, the bidder should have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the current job, - Or two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of the current job, - Or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the current job. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the tendered cost, with a specified estimated cost of Rs. 500.92 lakh, resulting in a required average annual financial turnover of at least Rs. 150.28 lakh. Additionally, the definition of similar work includes the number of stories in the building, with specific requirements for different story ranges, such as: - For up to four-story buildings, there is no binding - For five to ten story buildings, the bidder should have completed at least one building of five stories - For eleven to fifteen story buildings, the bidder should have completed at least one building of eight stories - For more than fifteen story buildings, the bidder should have completed at least one building of ten stories. The bidder is also required to fill out Form C, providing details of all works of similar nature completed during the last seven years. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than the estimated cost of the work put to tender, calculated using a specified formula.
