- At least one “similar work” of value of INR 539.42 Lakhs or more,
- At least Two “similar works” each of value of INR 337.14 Lakhs or more,
- At least Three “similar works” each of value of INR 269.71 Lakhs or more.
The substantial completion is based on 80 percent (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract. The bidder should submit details of work executed, along with documentary proof such as completion certificates from the client, indicating the nature/scope of work, actual completion cost, and actual date of completion. In the case of a JV/Consortium, the actual work/length executed by the applicant should be mentioned, with the value of work done by the applicant as per their percentage participation in such JV/Consortium. The percentage participation in the contract should be specified by the JV member.
