The requirements are as follows: - SINGLE LARGEST WORK: 80% of the Bid Amount, which is Rs 220.80 Lac. - TWO WORKS EQUALS TO: Each 50% of the Bid Amount, which is Each Rs 138.00 Lac. - THREE WORKS EQUALS TO: Each 40% of the bid amount, which is Each Rs 110.40 Lac. The bidder should have completed similar works, with the following requirements: - Three Similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. - Two Similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost. - One Similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. The bid value is Rs 276.00 Lacs for the construction of building work. The estimated cost is also mentioned in terms of average annual financial turnover, which should be at least 50% of the estimated cost during the last three years.
