Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost during the last three years for certain projects, and a minimum of 50% of the bid amount as their prior work experience. The estimated cost for certain projects is Rs. 132.45 Crores for Package-I and Rs. 54.73 Crore for Package-II.
