The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a minimum experience of 3 years in the field of Municipal Solid Waste Management for MSW collection, transportation, and operation of MSW Plant, etc. Additionally, the bidder or its OEM should have performed similar work with any Central Govt. / State Govt. / ULB in the last 5 years from the date of submission of the bid. The bidder or its OEM should have supplied, installed, and commissioned at least 3 Automatic Waste Segregation Plants in the last three years. Furthermore, the bidder or its OEM having minimum experience of 3 years in waste management equipment manufacturing automatic waste segregation plant is also a requirement. In terms of specific values like amount and percentage, the bidder needs to provide details of the work executed, including the name of the work, nature of work, amount, starting date, and completion date. However, no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The annual turnover of the bidder in any one of the last three financial years should be at least 2.5 Cr. The OEM's turnover should be an average of 10 Cr in the last three years. The bidder should submit documents such as work orders, job completion certificates, and installation reports for solid and liquid waste management work for the last 3 years. The bidder should also submit OEM's work orders, job completion certificates, and installation reports for the supply, installation, and commissioning of Automatic Waste Segregation Plants. Five work orders for the supply, installation, and commissioning of Automatic Waste Segregation Plants in the last three years should also be submitted. The OEM's trademark certificate should be at least 3 years old for manufacturing Automatic Waste Segregation Machines. The bidder should be in existence for at least 3 years in India.
