The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in building Faecal Sludge Treatment plant, Sewage treatment plant, Effluent Treatment Plant, or similar work in the last 5 years. Additionally, they must have undertaken work related to O&M of the plant constructed and desludging vehicles, and been awarded and undertaken work for O&M of Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant or similar plant and desludging vehicles in the last 5 years. Specifically, the bidder should have experience in one of the following: - Three works, each of a value not less than INR 191 Crores for septage treatment, sewage treatment, Effluent Treatment Plant, or any similar work. - Alternatively, two works, each of a value not less than INR 230 Crores for the same type of work. - Or, one work of a value not less than INR 306 Crores for the same type of work. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed not less than 90% of the contract value as a prime contractor or a nominated subcontractor. Also, the bidder should have access to lines of credit and other financial resources, with a minimum of 10% of the bid price for subcontracting components of the work, and be able to invest a minimum cash amount of up to 25% of the contract value during the implementation of the work.
