The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in Design, build, construct, operation, and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant and Sewerage Network, and/or Interception & Diversion Works. The bidder should have successfully commissioned a Sewage Treatment Plant on any proven technology and operating successfully for a period of 1 year during the last 5 years preceding the month of publication of NIT. The bidder should have experience in operating and maintaining at least one STP on any proven technology for a period of three years during the last 5 years preceding the month of publication of NIT. The bidder should display and submit proof related to I&D works / Piping and networking work of drains or sewerage lines. The bidder should have prior work experience in executing similar works, specifically in designing, developing, building, testing, and commissioning Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs). The required experience includes: * At least one STP of 800 KLD or at least two STPs of 500 KLD or at least three STPs of 400 KLD during the last 5 years preceding the month of publication of NIT. * Successfully commissioning an STP on any proven technology and operating it successfully for a period of 1 year during the last 5 years preceding the month of publication of NIT. * Experience in operating and maintaining at least one STP on any proven technology for a period of 3 years during the last 5 years preceding the month of publication of NIT. The bidder should also have completed similar works estimating to: * 50% (1.75 Cr. each) of the value of the tender or at least two similar works, or * 40% (1.4 Cr. each) of the value of the tender or at least three similar works. The bidder's annual turnover should be one and half times the tender value (5.25 cr.) in any one of the last five financial years preceding the date of submission of bid. The maximum percentage of sub-contracting the design-build services is 25%. The bidder should provide details of their own financial capacity, including annual financial data such as turnover, net worth, and balance sheets for the past 5 years. In the case of non-performing contracts, the bidder should provide the contract identification, total contract amount (current value in INR), and the non-performed portion of the contract (amount and percentage). For key staff, such as a Social Expert, the required experience is a total of 5 years, with 3 years in management of social safeguard activities in infrastructure projects. The contract value and percentage share in the total contract should be provided for each similar work completed.
