The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 20% of the probable amount of the contract during the last 10 financial years. - Two similar works each costing not less than 30% of the probable amount of the contract during the last 10 financial years. - One similar work of aggregate cost not less than 50% of the probable amount of the contract during the last 10 financial years. For the lead partner in a joint venture, the requirements are: - Out of 3 similar works of value more than 20% of PAC, at least 2 works must be done by the lead partner. - Alternatively, out of 2 similar works of value more than 30% of PAC, at least 1 work must be done by the lead partner. - In case of one similar work of value more than 50% of PAC, the lead partner must have executed one work of value more than 25.50% of PAC. For the other partners, the requirements are: - At least 1 work of minimum 20% of PAC must be completed by either of the remaining partners. - The total value of works executed by all partners must be more than 50% of PAC. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 20% of PAC for similar works - 30% of PAC for similar works - 50% of PAC for similar works - 25.50% of PAC for the lead partner in case of one similar work. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual construction turnover of not less than 50% of the probable amount of the contract for any 3 financial years out of the last 5 financial years, and a positive Net Worth as per the audited Balance Sheets for any 3 financial years out of the last 5 financial years. The required experience for specific positions includes: 1. Project Manager: 10 years of experience 2. Site Engineer: 3 years of experience 3. Lab In-charge: 3 years of experience 4. Computer Operator: 3 years of experience.
