BOQ ITEMS: Earthwork in excavation in the following types of soil and rock up to and including 1.5 metre Lead including bailing or pumping out any water accumulating inside the excavated pit or trench shoring strutting as directed by Engineer adequate protection to be taken during excavation drilling and blasting transporting the excavated soil for all lead and stacking selectively including disposing off the rubbish rock fragments excess spoils etc. lead upto 100 Mtrs in All types of soil , Supply mix place in position compact and cure cement concrete mix of 1 cement 3 coarse sand and 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size below foundations walls wells pits trenches etc and in basin lining as per specifications drawings and directions of the Engineer and including cost of centring and shuttering cement and compaction of base., Supply mix place in position compact and cure cement concrete mix of 1 cement one point five coarse sand and graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size below foundations walls wells pits trenches etc and in basin lining as per specifications drawings and directions of the Engineer and including cost of centring and shuttering and cement., Supply and laying in position brick work with designate 75 bricks having compressive strength not less than 75 Kg per Sqr Cm in super structure etc in cement and coarse sand mortar 1 cement and 6sand including mixing mortar laying bricks raking joints curing etc complete with all materials and labour as per drawings and specifications including cost of cement. , Minimum 12mm thick plastering with cement mortar of 1 cement 6 coarse sand to all faces of walls channels in roof and other structures at various elevations including hacking the surface mixing laying finishing curing and necessary scaffolding work complete as per drawings specifications and instructions of the Engineer with all materials and labours including cost of cement. , Providing neat cement punning including curing carriage of water with all leads and lifts as per building specification and direction of Engineer In Charge, G I tubular section work riveted bolted or welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge including cost of all materials labours tools and tackles Make TATA or JINDAL, Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets size shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer in charge 0.50 mm thick plus 0.05 percent total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS 277 in 240 mpa steel grade 5 to 7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15 to18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in charge The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling or self tapping screws of size 5 point 5 into 55 mm with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal or vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. , Providing two coats of snowcem of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer on new surface including preparing the plastered surface smooth with sand paper scaffolding curing and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of EIC New work Two or more coats applied at the rate of 3.84 kg per 10 sqm, Demolishing brick work manually or by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge., Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles tees flats and channels including all gusset plates bolts nuts cutting rivets welding etc including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead., Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion Single socketed pipes of 110 mm diameter., Supply of granite stone letter writting and fixing all complete as per direction of Engr in charge including transpotation.
